999betcom (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 999betcom and all its registered members.

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Relevant documents to verify date of birth.
• A utility bill or bank statement for address verification (if required).
• Screenshot of your Mobile Pay/Nagad account for payment method verification.

Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold if KYC verification is incomplete. Once documents are submitted, verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

• Deposits are usually instant. If delayed, please allow up to 15 minutes.
• Only deposit from your own registered mobile banking account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

999betcom is committed to returning your winnings quickly and securely. The following conditions apply for withdrawals:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300 (Three Hundred BDT).
• Maximum Withdrawal: Up to ৳2,00,000 (two hundred thousand BDT) per day.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
• After a successful request, payments are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 06 for details).

If bank-level verification is required or for high-value withdrawals, processing may take up to 24 hours. The support team will notify you in advance.

999betcom offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are outlined in the respective offer details. General bonus policies are listed below:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit. Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be bet 5 times.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days — any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• 999betcom reserves the right to investigate any suspected misuse of bonuses.

The following rules apply when placing bets on 999betcom:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• For bets placed after an event has started, the outcome will be determined at the end of that event.
• If incorrect odds are displayed, 999betcom reserves the right to void or amend the affected bet.
• Any irregular bets resulting from a technical error will be considered void.
• 999betcom is not liable for bets that fail to process during live betting due to network delays.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

In accumulator bets, if one selection is void, the remaining bets stay active and the odds are recalculated. In the event of any dispute, 999betcom's decision shall be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Cheating, fraud, or any form of deceptive activity.
• Misusing the bonus system — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.

999betcom may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to provide required information.
• When suspicious transactions or betting patterns are detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Before closing an account, we will attempt to notify the member via email or SMS. The account balance may be temporarily held during an investigation. If the member is found to be in the clear, the balance will be returned.

• Registered members will be notified via SMS or email.
